this hotel worked out great for my short business trip. the free airport shuttle was prompt and easy to arrange, so convenient! i also appreciated the friendly reception staff. they really went out of their way to help with my requests (i had a few special needs!) and always greeted me with a smile.

i found the restaurant menu a bit limited. it could use a few more options.

The shuttle service was a real problem. I had scheduled an airport pickup in advance. The driver was there earlier than expected and left after waiting only briefly. The front desk staff were unhelpful when I complained. They only apologized. The room felt a bit old.

I found some significant issues . firstly, the promised airport drop off service was non-existent. they told our group of ten that we either needed to leave six hours early or find our own transportation. secondly, it took an excessive amount of time to get simple food and beer, over an hour and a half! also, when the hamburgers arrived, they were completely raw inside. I showed them the raw meat, but nothing was done about it.
